  • Routing problems caused extremely slow DSL speeds from 3:45pm to about 4:45pm. This is now fixed. on Mon, 22 Feb, 2010, 16:47
  • We are currently experiencing problems with dialup connections routing traffic correctly. We hope to have this problem resolved soon. on Mon, 22 Feb, 2010, 14:08
  • A slight hiccup with our modem bank and auth system caused a short outage for dialup users. The system should be working again now. on Fri, 19 Feb, 2010, 12:07
  • Our provider has located and resolved the problem on their end. Traffic should now flowing normally again and speeds should pick back up. on Sun, 10 Jan, 2010, 14:18
  • A temporary fix has been put in place; speeds may continue to fluctuate while our provider continues to run diagnostics. on Sun, 10 Jan, 2010, 11:38

  • A massive substation failure has knocked out power to a large part of downtown, including our data center. PGE is working on it; ETA 10:30am on Thu, 07 Jan, 2010, 06:42
