These configuration instructions will guide you through configuring your Actiontec modem in Transparent Bridging mode. You must set up the Actiontec modem before entering any information sent by our DSL department into your computer.

1. Follow the instructions provided with your Actiontec modem to connect your Actiontec modem to your computer and DSL line.
   
2. Open a web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the Address Bar. You should see the following screen:
   
   
3. Click on Setup / Configuration
4. Now you should see the Setup / Configuration screen.
   
   
5. We're going to skip the Basic Setup, so just click on Advanced Setup on the left.
6. There isn't anything to do on this page except to click on Begin Advanced Setup.
   
   
7. On this screen, click Next.
   
   
8. On the WAN IP Address screen, select Transparent Bridging
   
   
9. Now, click Save and Restart on the bottom left of the screen.
10. Click the big Save and Restart button in the middle.
    
    
11. Once the power light on your modem stops blinking, you're done. You will still need to configure any devices or computers behind the modem with the static IP settings provided by SpiritOne.
