Obtaining and Forwarding Email Headers using Eudora

When reporting spam that slips past the filters, it is essential that we receive the full message headers from a message. Additionally, sometimes our Support department may request the full headers from an email message in order to troubleshoot mail delivery problems. Please follow these instructions to obtain and forward full message headers in Eudora.

  1. Open the message you want to forward in a new window by double-clicking on the message.
  2. Hit the "BlahBlahBlah" button at the top of the message.blah blah blah icon
  3. Hit Forward.
  4. Fill in This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as the To: address (assuming that the message is being forwarded to report spam. If our support department requested the message, change the email address accordingly).
  5. Send the message.
