These are the instructions for setting up the mail program Outlook Express 5 for the Macintosh Operating System for use with SpiritOne.
- In Outlook Express, click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.

- To set up a new mail account, click the New button. To edit an existing mail account, skip down to the instructions for editing your account settings manually.

- For Your Name, enter your full name the way you would like it to appear when you send email.
- Click the right arrow in the lower right hand corner of the window.

- In the Account Information section, for Internet E-mail Address, enter your SpiritOne email address.
- Click the right arrow.

- For My incoming mail server is a(n) ____ server, make sure POP is selected.
- For Incoming Mail (POP, IMAP) Server, and Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server, enter the relevant servers from the sidebar on the right.
- Click the right arrow.

- For Account ID, enter your username.
- For Password, enter your mail password. If you want to have Outlook Express remember your password, check the Save Password box.

- For Account Name, enter a descriptive name for the mail account, for example, SpiritOne.
- Click Finish.

- You're done! Your mail account should now appear under the Mail tab in the Accounts window.
Editing your Account Settings Manually
- In Outlook Express, click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.
- Highlight the mail account name and click the Edit button.

- On the Account Settings tab:
- For Account Name, enter a descriptive name for the mail account, for example, SpiritOne.
- For Your Name, enter your full name the way you would like it to appear when you send email.
- For E-mail Address, enter your SpiritOne email address.
- For Account ID, enter your login name for your SpiritOne mail account.
- For POP Server, enter the incoming mail server from the sidebar to the right.
- For Password, enter your mail password. If you want to have Outlook Express remember your password, check the Save Password box.
- For SMTP Server, enter the outgoing mail server from the sidebar to the right.
- Click OK, then close the Accounts window.

- That's it! Outlook Express is now configured.
