To change your settings, log in to the Red Condor either through the Dashboard link in your email, or directly at https://crimson.spiritone.com/console.
Changing Filter Settings
Once logged in to the Red Condor Dashboard, select the Policies tab.
There are three Zones for spam filtering, click on the arrow next to any zone to open it up for modification.
Each category of spam filtering has four options:
- Block: spam caught in this category will be silently discarded and will not appear in your quarantine
- Quarantine: spam caught and quarantined will appear in the daily Spam Digest emails
- Markup: at this setting, messages caught by these filters will have the Subject line of the message modified with whatever text you enter into the Subject Tag box
- Allow: filters set to Allow will not block any mail.
The settings of the Virus and Phishing filters cannot be modified.
In the Yellow zone, you can modify what languages you want blocked, if any. If you regularly receive foreign language email that is blocked by the filters, look for the language in that list and right-click on it to delete it.
Other Settings
In the Settings tab, you can control the frequency of the Spam Digest messages, as well as the Format, Content, Sorting, and your time zone.
